Position Overview As an Automation Technician III, you will maintain an automated material handling system. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining continuous system operation by troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and performing preventive maintenance activities. Job Description: Benefits start on day one!: Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 4AM - 2:30PM: Compensation starting at $29-$37/per hour: You will contribute by: - Maintain all systems and subsystems of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System. Ensure rapid equipment return to serviceability by performing a thorough in-depth troubleshooting on any non-functioning or faulted system, subsystem or component. Keep Management informed of specific problems and suggested actions, including approximate time required for repairs. - Troubleshoot and replace fieldbus communication components on the material handling conveyor systems, including addressing components and running diagnostics. Be able to remove and replace mechanical parts of the conveyor such as: repairing broken chain, belting, rollers drive motors, realigning or replacing control system sensors (photo-eyes), proximity, etc. Ability to remove and replace, re...
