Experienced Employee Development Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing’s Commercial Airplanes (BCA) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Employee Development Specialist to join their Boeing South Carolina (BSC) Foundational Training team in North Charleston, SC on first or second shift. The Employee Development Specialist oversees hands-on implementation of training initiatives, developing employee technical skills through demonstration and guided practice. This role bridges the instructional expertise with practical skills application requiring strong technical and practical application skills to ensure employees achieve operational excellence, safety and productivity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in technical classroom training to transfer knowledge to the next generation of skilled workers.
