Ibotta is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This dynamic position combines people, performance and project management to enable operational excellence. The Business Operations Manager will lead and develop a team, drive critical projects and initiatives forward and partner with leaders across the organization to support Business Operations’ objectives and key results. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. What you will be doing: Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop our Business Operations team, who are responsible for managing setup, QA, launch and supporting sales and account management activities across all verticals in both managed and self-service capacities.
