Description Maintenance Technician – Affordable Housing | Poets Landing Apts. What We Look For in our Maintenance Technicians - 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC a plus). - High School Diploma or GED required. - Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly / up to 100 lbs. occasionally. - Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover occasional overtime or nearby properties. - Basic Computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!). - Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills. - Bilingual (...
