Location: Alliance Multi-specialty Clinic and Urgent Care Center Department: Psychology-Alliance Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Seeking a Licensed Psychologist (or Licensed eligible psychologist) to provide therapy and diagnostic testing to children, and behavioral consulting to their families. Our therapy methods include play therapy, trauma-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and collaborative problem solving. This role provides psychology and psychiatry services for families whose children and adolescents, ages 2 to 18 who are experiencing behavioral, neurodevelopmental, and emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorders (ADD/ADHD), and autism spectrum disorders. Must possess knowledge and understanding of normal pediatric/adolescent growth and brain development and have experience with pediatric/adolescent mental health diagnoses and a variety of treatment milieu and psychological tests. An understanding of the ecological, biological, genetic, and developmental factors that promote health across the lifespan is preferred.
