YOUR ROLE: Internal Sales Support YOUR TASKS: - Customer dialogue, quoting, and order processing - Technical support via phone, mail and teams - Sales backup and daily support to customers and distributors - Handling and coordination of service visits and claims - Follow-up on inquiries, projects, and deliveries - Maintenance of data in CRM/ERP systems (C4C/SAP) - Assisting external sales with public tenders and projects - Ad hoc administrative tasks - Ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing the sales process from quotation to delivery - Effective collaboration within the team and with the external sales team YOUR REQUIREMENTS: - Technical background, either th...
