Pay Range: $69,800.00 - $114,800.00 Position Summary: This position is responsible for owning the end-to-end commissions process and serves as the primary partner connecting Sales, Finance, and Accounting. This role will oversee the review of monthly commissions calculations to ensure accurate payouts and provide insights that strengthen plan design and performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and driven to learn, with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.
