What You’ll Do: - Keep our hotel in top condition with repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, building systems. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and get things back on track quickly. - Pitch in with everything from locks and doors to painting and landscaping. - Perform routine preventative maintenance programs, follow established guidelines - Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician (examples: drywall, painting, doors, locks, building fixtures) - Respond promptly to guest needs and work orders—because every detail matters. - Work closely with your supervisor on projects and safety standards. - Work with supervisor to identify and complete all technical projects - Respond timely to all work orders - Clean and assist with upkeep of facility What We’re Looking For: - P...
