Job Description Position: R&D Product Associate Division: Research and Development Location: 388 Applewood Date: May 2026 Reports to: Product Manager JOB SUMMARY: This position covers a wide range of tasks and duties under the R&D department’s scope of work. This involves working with multiple teams within the department. In general, this may include, but not limited to, the R&D Design Team, Product Integration Team, R&D Laboratory and Testing Team, and Building Envelope team. This position will also provide technical support other departments/companies in with the Toro Group. Given the diverse exposure to many aspects of our business. It is critical to be highly adaptive and resourceful in a fast, continually evolving work environment. DIRECT AND/OR INDIRECT REPORTS: None MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Health and Safety: - Works in compliance with the Health & Safety Act and regulations including using any equipment, protective devices or clothing required. - Reports any known workplace hazards or violations of the Act to the supervisor.
