General Summary Provides leadership at a local level for WellSpan assigned locations. Locations may include acute site(s), ambulatory site(s), and/or other sites. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities under the direction of the corporate platform. Responsible for directing, planning, organizing, and administering the assigned site's facility operations, asset management, maintenance and repair activities, preventative maintenance program, physical plant operations, and coordination and planning for capital improvement, construction and renovations projects, and outside related vendors. This position is also responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and adherence to the departmental budget. Develops a team-oriented and innovative work atmosphere to support the organization's mission, goals, and initiatives while improving efficiencies, reducing cost, meeting regulatory requirements, and delivering high quality services with best practice and sustainability considerations.
