ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct time / motion studies to improve productivity for direct and indirect areas - Visualize initial condition with GAPs, set targets, identify strategy and schedule to accomplish targets - Study operations of sequence, including conveyance flow, routes, start triggers, and standardized work in MFG & WH - Production System Understanding (replenishment method, production instruction) to pursue JIT - Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization - Budgetary of department expense and manpower annual planning - Provide OJT training to related PR and indirect support groups on traditional TIE...
