They may prepare breakfast items and individual orders like burgers, pizzas, salads, etc. This requires familiarity with cooking a variety of items to order, as well as managing food presentation and customization. Responsibilities: Take control of the breakfast and lunch service while ensuring guests receive a delicious and memorable meal Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions Ensure all food is always freshly prepared and on time Ensure all dishes are prepared for the correct recipe and for the correct quantity Ensure any issues are communicated promptly to the F&B Supervisor Ensuring and controlling levels of guest satisfaction Monitor and ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation o...
