Your Opportunity: The Director of Product Engineering is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Scion’s internal and resident-facing software tools. This role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering execution, and business strategy—ensuring Scion’s technology platforms drive operational efficiency, enhance resident experience, and scale with portfolio growth. This leader will build and manage high-performing engineering teams, partner closely with product and operations stakeholders, and establish a modern, scalable technology ecosystem aligned with Scion’s long-term digital strategy.
