At our Logistics Management Traineeship, you start in Operations to truly understand our core, then design your next two rotations in either client-facing roles or project-based roles based on your ambition and impact. Guided by managers, mentors, our Young Professional Program and other diverse trainings you will grow into a leader who knows exactly where they add the most value. Your traineeship, Your path: Over 18 months, you will rotate through different roles and projects within Arvato. Each rotation lasts 6 months and together we will design a path that suits your ambitions, strengths and curiosity. You will start in Operations Management to gain a strong understanding of our core business before moving into other departments.
