Position Summary: Vallen's Project Manager is an individual contributor position responsible for managing enterprise-wide project initiatives that cross multiple functional areas (IT, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and may impact both Vallen and/or customer business operations. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and define project need, definition, scope, timeline, and resources for successful project delivery. - Organizes and leads enterprise-wide projects. Project management duties include but are not limited to: - Prepares and manages project plans and sub-plans - Determines scope definition and project targets/milestones - Designs the project schedule/timeline; sets project expectations - Formulates the execution and delivery details - Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines or other performance indicators for quality, reliability, schedule, and cost - Prepares senior leader and stakeholder communications and project progress reports - Takes action to resolve and/or coordinate the resoluti...
