Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Database Management: Maintain and audit the Real Estate Asset Database, ensuring all contract details, key dates (breaks/expirations), and asset dimensions are 100% accurate. System Correlation & Compliance: Perform regular data reconciliation between Sequentra (RE Database) and Contavio (IFRS16 accounting tool) to ensure financial reporting matches our physical lease reality. Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively reach out to local teams across Glovo’s markets to collect missing documentation or clarify data discrepancies. Document Governance: Audit and organize shared folders (Google Drive/Sharepoint) to ensure all executed contracts and legal amendments are properly filed and easy to locate.
