To take things to the next level, we’re looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Conversion Squad Owner to own performance and drive conversion across our end-to-end journey. Your Mission You’ll lead the effort to improve conversion across our core customer journey — bringing clarity, focus and rigour to how we move customers from application through to funded loan. You’ll define the strategy and roadmap for conversion optimisation, leading a dedicated squad of engineers and a designer to deliver high-impact changes.
