POSITION SUMMARY: The Marine Maintenance Specialist provides advanced technical leadership for marine asset maintenance, including major projects, turnarounds, and complex equipment troubleshooting. This role partners with operations, EH&S, and vendors to improve reliability, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through standardized procedures, data‑driven maintenance strategies, and technician development. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of major maintenance projects and turnaround activities, including developing scopes, schedules, resource plans, and managing risks to ensure alignment with operational goals and timely completion. - Provides advanced technical support and field leadership during equipment breakdowns, emergency responses, and complex troubleshooting.
