SGA Dental Partners is seeking a new Clinical Recruiter to join our team! Our Clinical (Hygiene) Recruiter connects our partner dental practices with the best possible talent, by engaging future hygienists & support talent and building strong relationships and pipelines. This role will balance partnerships, events, and candidate engagement, so requires high energy and social connection. Essential Duties: Partner with practice and operations leadership to forecast clinical staffing needs and build a proactive recruiting strategy that aligns with SGA’s growth. Identify, engage, and hire outstanding dental professionals who are ideal fit for our partner practices. Leverage diverse sourcing strategies, including targeted advertising, networking, and participation in job fairs and college recruiting events.
