Job Description About the Position: We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into our ZBB & Ops Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. You’ll have full end to end ownership of the US$310m Fixed Cost P&L of the UK & Ireland business including build and delivery of the budget. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within FP&A! In brief, you will: - Delivery of the entire business cycle around Fixed costs - month end, variance analysis, spend projection & budgeting - Lead the transformation of marketing & ZBB reporting and tracking - Review of results with spend owners and delivery of the annual forecast twice a month - after month end closing & before the forecast submission - Build collaborative relationship with Package and Entity budget owners to drive budget delivery, policy adherence as well as correct ZBB/cost culture - Ensure all spend trackers across Fixed Costs (Simple Packages, People, Marketing) are delivered on time, in full an...
