Sales Team Manager Department: Inbound Sales: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Carlow: Compensation: €45,000 - €50,000 / year Description: We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of Sales Agents in a fast-paced inbound contact centre environment. Our team helps customers find the right medical travel insurance , including cover for those with pre-existing or complex medical conditions. This role is about more than just hitting targets. You’ll play a key role in coaching your team, improving performance, delivering great customer outcomes and ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards .
