Job Description Summary The M&E Offshore Supervisor is responsible for the safe and effective offshore supervision of mechanical & electrical, and commissioning activities on Offshore Wind projects. The role supports offshore installation teams while leading M&E and commissioning execution, ensuring all activities are performed in full compliance with GE Vernova EHS standards, quality requirements, and project schedules. This role requires solid offshore wind experience, strong technical competence, and the ability to lead and coordinate activities in a safety‑critical offshore environment. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Safety & Compliance: - Act as a visible safety leader offshore, promoting GE Vernova’s EHS culture and Stop Work Authority. - Ensure all M&E, commissioning, and installation support activities comply with GE Vernova EHS policies, statutory regulations, and client requirements. - Review, challenge, and enforce RAMS, PTW, AWPs, and toolbox talks. - Lead by example in hazard identification, safety observations, incident reporting, and investigations.
