As part of our Technology Digital and Data (TDDI) team, the Business Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and delivering technology and digital solutions that support this mission. The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs, analysing processes, and translating requirements into clear, actionable outcomes that enable successful project delivery. Job Description: Business Analysis & Requirements: - Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement - Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements - Develop artefacts including business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps - Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritised, and aligned to business outcomes Stakeholder Engagement: - Build strong relationships across business and technology teams - Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and validate requirements - Support stakeholder alignment and decision-making Process Improvement: - Analyse current-state processes and identify improvement opportun...
