College: Fletcher Technical Community College Department: Academic Affairs & Initiatives: Sub department: Business, Ed, Arts, Math & Sciences (BEAMS) Type of Appointment: Unclassified - Faculty 12 month Salary: $96,806 - $106,806 (Salary commensurate with rank.) Duties and Responsibilities: Required Education : Master’s Degree required in discipline related to the college curriculum. Required Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in higher education required (community college preferred.) Minimum 3 years teaching experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated success in administration, professional activities, and applied experience in field with traditional, adult and non-traditional learners. Dynamic leadership, experience in faculty development, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility with the ability to be a collaborative team player. Demonstrated commitment to student success, outcomes based education and sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse population.
