Job Description Summary The Lead Production Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring products leaving the production line meet all safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. This role requires some technical aptitude to provide governance to ensure quality standards are met, drive continuous improvement in production processes, and acts as the primary quality interface between operations, manufacturing engineering & engineering functions. The Lead Production Quality Engineer coaches and develops the broader quality culture on the shop floor.
