Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Creates bid packages for projects including plans, specifications, and estimates - Roadway, sidewalk, trail and storm water design in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Civil Suite or equivalent - Executes topographic surveys for design and other measurements - Performs construction observation and administration - Performs construction materials sampling and testing - Creates Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) for projects and perform inspections - Assists the Roads Program Manager with the completion of Department projects, projects for other departments, and Tribal Member Services What you’ll need to be successful: - Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related degree - Ten (10) years of related experience minimum - Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Civil Suite or equivalent preferred - Experience with surveying, construction observation and construction staking Benefits you’ll love: - Approximately 5 weeks of paid time off annually - 3 weeks of paid holidays - Premium free health insurance - Flexible spending accounts - Short term disability - Life insurance - 401k with match
