TITLE: UX ARCHITECT: STATUS: EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: VP - IT DIGITAL PLATFORMS: DEPARTMENT: DIGITAL PLATFORM DELIVERY: JOB CODE: 11550: PAY SCALE: $130,500.00 - $150,000.00 ANNUALLY: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The UX Architect is responsible for the evolution and continuous improvement of member/user experience across Golden 1’s digital channels, including the public website, online banking and the mobile app, and any custom-built properties. Understands, captures, and translates business and functional objectives into interactive prototypes with detailed IA and UI/UX design specifications. Leads the build /update of digital interfaces by providing guidance or directly working on the frontend, making sure all visual and textual assets are SEO and ADA compliant. Partners with the UX researchers to initiate and lead usability and accessibility studies. Creates, manages, and maintains the internal design system. Closely collaborates with the rest of the Digital UX & Product Management team, Martech team, Marketing, IT, and other LOB stakeholders, acting as liaison and a UCD champion.
