Position Overview: As a Dishwasher you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils and equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that all items are cleaned and sanitized according to established protocols to support the smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities: Experience: Schedule: Compensation: Environment: Skills: - Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils by hand or using dishwashing equipment - Ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and sanitized established by industry standards - Stack and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff - Emptying trash bins and removing garbage from the kitchen regularly - Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces including but not limited to countertops sinks and floors as needed - Maintaining an organized dishwashing and storage areas - Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing equipment including but not limited to dishwasher, sinks, and drains to ensure proper functioning - Reporting any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to kitchen supervisor or Executive Chef immediately -...
