You will analyze customer expectations, monitor market dynamics and work in an international environment offering diverse insights and development opportunities. Within the 24 month International Graduate Program, starting on 1 November 2026 , you will build a deep understanding of end customers and professional installers while combining analytical excellence with hands-on practice — always with the ambition to turn insights into real business value.
