Client Services Manager – assist our clients with their transactions Introduction: Are you passionate about securities and the post-trade industry? You will assist banks and institutions leveraging our financial market infrastructure and become part of an international environment, gaining a network within the major Danish banks and a deeper understanding of how we connect European economies to global capital markets. You will be primarily responsible for: - Acting as the first line of operational support for clients, serving as their entry point for day-to-day guidance on systems and processes - Managing clients’ queries efficiently within agreed deadlines - Addressing queries requiring further support by liaising with internal teams and ensuring valid answers are provided - Tracking all queries and responses through the selected CRM tool - Organising and participating in client meetings - Collaborating with team members and the Sales team to enhance client experience - Contributing to the ma...
