Graduate Operations Analyst - London Market Insurance

Job description

This role is a graduate opportunity to join the central operations team of a leading London Market insurance syndicate, supporting the smooth running of core processes that underpin underwriting and policy administration. You will sit at the heart of the operation, helping to coordinate and quality‑check critical data and documentation flows between internal teams and external market stakeholders, ensuring work moves through the lifecycle accurately, consistently and on time. This is a highly operational role: you will develop a strong understanding of how a London Market syndicate runs day to day, and how well‑designed processes, controls and data discipline enable effective underwriting and client service.
