Description Job Summary: Position is responsible for all production changeovers and start-ups, focusing on effective, efficient and smooth transitions on the floor for the shift. Provides constant feedback to Sanitation Supervisor/Manager on updates to the production floor and continuous improvements. Responsibilities of the Position: - Communicate safety as the number one priority for employees by encouraging safe work practices and immediately addressing safety concerns - Observe and implement safety corrections on assigned lines - Train employees to work in safe manner - Oversee multiple line changeovers to ensure proper cleaning is performed, staff are utilized efficiently, and appropriate departments are notified for support in a timely matter. - Train sanitation leads, production leads, operators and crew on effective sanitation practices in a timely matter. - Train, manage, clean and troubleshoot sanitation including but not limited to floor scrubber, COP tank, parts washer, dry steam, foamer, vacuums, etc. - Manages 5S and inventory of sanitation tools, line-specific tooling and equipment. - Adheres and trains on CW’s Pathogen Procedures, including but not limited to Allerg...
