What you'll do HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: - Play a key role in the setup and scaling of HR operations in Romania, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards. - Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations, ensuring smooth processes for employees across various countries in the APAC region (primarily Romania, with potential to expand to other countries based on experience). - Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities, including end-to-end employee exit management, employee consultations, and mutual agreement processes where required. - Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee data and digital personnel files in the HRIS. - Prepare employment documents, including offer letters, addendums, certificates, and other administrative correspondence. - Ensure timely, professional, and employee-centric HR communication at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
