Description NATECH is recruiting for an Operations Training Analyst to join our team supporting ARMY, FORSCOM at Ft Liberty, NC. The ideal candidate will be familiar with current service doctrine, have joint experience and possess a demonstrated ability to present information in writing or orally. Should be comfortable with computer usage and proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel along with demonstrable database proficiency and the ability to quickly learn. Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform as Joint Training Tool (JTT) User Group Lead for FORSCOM Training & Collective Exercises Branch - Perform as primary submitter of Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) requests for support from JNTC Accredited Army Programs into JTT and the Joint Training Coordination Program (JTCP) Tool - Perform and provide recommendations in the conduct of training analysis; - Provide recommendations in the development of Joint Tactical Task Development; - Prepare Joint Training Tool (JTT) reports to support training assessment and Joint Assessment Evaluation Capabilities (JAEC) objectives; - Develop, review, and recommend approval of training resource documents; - Provide recommendations to...
