Responsibilities/ job duties: All Rainbow team members follow the principles of honesty and integrity, and represent the company culture through our values, vision, and mission. - Respond to jobs and initiate water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation according to IICRC and Rainbow International standards in a timely manner. - Proper setup of professional drying equipment. - Monitor of drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials. - Capable of performing detailed cleaning and structural demolition. - Being part of a team - Accurate documentation - Packing out of personal items - Cleaning of personal items and structures Qualifications: No experience is required but if you are IICRC certified that is a plus.
