Description JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Processor: JOB SUMMARY: The Processor is responsible for the accurate receiving, processing, sorting, and packaging of customer returns in accordance with company SOPs and manufacturer policies. This role primarily involves entering returned products into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), verifying documentation, sorting items by classification, and packaging products according to Return Goods Invoices for credit or destruction. Returnable items must be scanned into designated bin locations to ensure traceability and quality control. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and proficiency with RF scanners and computerized warehouse management systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. - Accurately receive and scan tracking numbers to enter customer returns into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Create and maintain accurate inventory records by verifying item counts, product information, and documentation. - Sort products according to company policies and manufacturer guidelines. - Store product in designated bin locations and ensure proper system...
