About the role: As an IT Learning & Development Lead, you will responsible for building, maturing, and scaling the IT Learning & Development capability from an early ("crawl") state to a fully operational and sustainable ("run") state. You will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of IT learning, onboarding, career development, and experiential learning programs. While initially an individual contributor role, it may include oversight of one contractor within 12–18 months. You will report to the Director, Strategy & Planning and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position with 2 days remote. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
