Description Case Western Reserve University Postdoctoral Scholar Department of Biomedical Engineering: Case Western Reserve University, Department of Biomedical Engineering is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a postdoctoral scholar position. This position will work in close collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI) of the Capadona Lab to perform Responsibilities and Duties as outlined below. The Capadona lab focuses on investigating and mitigating the neuroinflammatory response associated with intracortical microelectrode implantation. Working closely with the PI of the Capadona Lab, the primary focus of this position is to write and prepare grant proposals, and to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems into the lab. These AI systems will help streamline both research and personnel processes within the lab. This postdoctoral position will require collaboration and clear communication between the lab, the PI, and research collaborators. This position is a minimum 6-month appointment.
