Job Description The Catering Sales Coordinator is responsible for the sales and administrative duties within the catering operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by business needs. Job Responsibilities: At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. - Schedules and assigns daily work assignments within the catering operation - Responsible for all order taking and initial setup - Advises guests on menu selection and development - Oversees the completion of tasks within a catering, or suites environment - Assists, trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation, customer service, etc. - Sets up work areas according to guest/client requests, banquet event orders, Aramark standards, etc. - Ensures service areas are maintained including replenishment of product, cleanliness, etc. - Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs - Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc....
