In this role, you'll: You’ll set the strategic direction and activate the delivery of the Aboriginal Outcomes Framework through development of related strategy, policy and reform to advance and embed Aboriginal knowledge, values and lived experience in programs and, services. You’ll provide strategic advice, direction and project management to ensure delivery and reporting for Closing the Gap, Ministerial responses/advice and cross government reporting. You’ll lead a team that designs, develops and delivers advancement, strategy and reform education and communication materials to ensure TfNSW is compliant and culturally safe in all engagements. This permanent position is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures.
