TITLE: Production Associate POSITION OBJECTIVE: Ensures extruded products conform to product standard requirements and document quality measurements. Assists the primary Extrusion Technician in machine set up and troubleshooting techniques and stacks the product according to scheduling and standard protocol. ◦ 1st Shift 7:00am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday) ◦ 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm (Sunday-Thursday) ◦ 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:00am (Sunday-Thursday) ◦ Shift differential is $1.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift QUALIFICATIONS: - Shift Hours - Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at an adequate level. - Basic math skills are required. - Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16”. - Strong Troubleshooting skills. - Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. - Have strong teamwork skills to foster workplace interactions. - Dependable attendance and demonstrate flexibility to work other hours as needed. - Willingness to learn and perform basic Extrusion Technician duties on primary line.
