Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: This position requires RN license, work is on site in Hartford, CT Position Purpose This position oversees the quality teams at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital. Responsibility for ensuring excellent performance quality outcomes, including registry data, performance improvement, data analytics, regulatory, patient safety, and infection prevention. This highly skilled professional will strive, in a fast-paced environment, to lead strategic initiatives across the community hospitals to improve patient care, safety, and quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulations and drive continuous improvement efforts.
