Development Analyst

Job description

Role impact: In this role, you will be responsible for the financial underwriting of multiple development projects across a variety of asset classes in order to expand our pipeline and report financial results. You will assist with determining the feasibility of development initiatives through detailed financial analysis and projected cash flow models based on current market trends and estimated future market conditions. You will support the activities of individuals involved in the development process and be responsible for the preparation of development proposals for approval by the Investment Committee and Board of Directors. This role reports to the Senior Director, Development Analytics.
