About the Role: Product Delivery Operations at Aiven is building operational excellence across a fast-growing, cross-functional organization. As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll be the connective tissue between domain leaders, engineering, and product management teams — removing friction, designing process from zero to one, and making our teams faster and more predictable. What makes this role different today: we're not looking for someone who uses AI occasionally. We're looking for someone who defaults to AI — someone who sees automation, agents, and AI-assisted workflows as the natural starting point when solving operational problems.
