BSW Technical Project Manager (SoC)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee the development and integration of Basic Software (BSW) for MPU/SoC based High Performance Controllers. Oversee progress of planned work items and coordinate BSW releases. Successful delivery the planned content and deep dive into technical details as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Function as the primary interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical objectives and program goals. - Collaborate with Technical Program Managers to align timing and content for each release. - Manage and track deliverables, ensuring scope, and timelines are consistently met. - Monitor project progress using dashboards and provide accurate data for project reviews. - Plan and coordinate releases, lead Start of Release (SoR) / End of Release (EoR) activities. - Ensure release quality and maturity by working closely with validation and quality teams. - Present project updates to senior leadership on a regular basis and as required. - Represent BSW during internal quality audits, review findings with development teams, and drive process improvement initiatives. - Identify and resolve development blockers, esca...
