Workers’ Compensation Specialist (Westlake, OH) As a Workers’ Compensation Specialist for our IME division, you will manage the full lifecycle of Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) for Ohio Workers’ Compensation cases. This role provides expert review of IME reports, drafts high-quality IME cover letters and questions, coordinates scheduling and communication of evaluations, and ensures strict adherence to Ohio BWC requirements and medical-legal standards. This position functions as an internal subject-matter expert on IMEs, Ohio workers’ compensation processes, and provider coordination, supporting the organization with advanced judgment, autonomy, and problem-solving What we do: MRG Exams is a dedicated provider of Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), supporting insurance carriers, legal professionals, and healthcare organizations.
