Rotating - 12 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview: Under medical supervision, performs all Nuclear Medicine and PET/MRI procedures on patients of all ages utilizing various types of imaging equipment. Prepares diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals for administration following current radiation safety guidelines and assists in the administration of therapeutic doses. This position follows State and Federal guidelines for the safe use, receipt, and disposals of radioactive materials used in Nuclear Medicine. The PET & MIR Technologist schedules studies in RIS & EPIC computer system using good judgment in prioritizing patient scheduling. The PET & MIR Technologist works with physicians in Nuclear Medicine & MRI to provide a safe and effective operation.
