The Head of NAMER Partner and ISV Marketing at AWS leads the organization responsible for partner marketing strategy, planning and execution across the U.S. and Canada. This role develops and executes strategic, data-driven marketing programs to, with and through partners to drive demand and revenue, managing partner coverage, joint marketing plans, MDF planning and approval processes. The role is responsible for both partner-led and AWS-led demand generation programs. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience building, leading and developing large, complex marketing teams that drive demand generation. The candidate will be able to demonstrate communication skills, analytical capabilities, deep understanding of the marketing mix, and proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
