Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (includes but is not limited to the following) · Must demonstrate pride, attention to detail and have knowledge in all aspects of restaurant (i.e. menu items, food prep, service standards, bar concept, etc.) · Supplies the dining room and individual tables with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments and paper supplies as needed. · Make sure all tables are set completely both before and after shift. · Removes dirty dishes, soiled linen, glassware and silver from table and counter tops. May also assist server in carrying items used in the dining room. · Maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary. · Resets tables and performs other related duties as requests by the management or waiter/waitress. · Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris. · Polish all glassware and service items as necessary. · Assist food servers in service of complimentary bottled water and bread service. · Monitor tables closely and is attentive to guests’ needs. · Clearing and scraping all dishes in the side stations after clearing a table. · Service of non-alcoholic beverages and fills as needed · Change table...
