A Day in the Life: Exciting opportunity to join the EMEA Tax team in our Center of Excellence in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing international tax matters across EMEA region. This role requires a couple of years of relevant professional experience with strong stakeholder management abilities, agility and result oriented skills. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Responsible for managing tax compliance process across EMEA region and to provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders as well as other internal reporting matters such as tax provisions - Keep abreast of the variances in tax legislations and assess impact on business and support in tax litigation procedures - Assist in the definition of structures and processes, M&A activities and other tax planning - Support in the definition of transfer pricing policies and other transfer pr...
